New Build! 23.8.24

Whats new and changed in the new version of FootBrawl (previously city games)

- A new scenic map, set on the coast

- A new caged court that prevents the ball boucing outside, mostly

- Fixed animations and sounds

- Updated menu music

-Various bug fixes, however the game needs a lot of work before I have finished it, and I plan to do so by the end of summer
